March 13-September 6, 2026, Telfair Museum – Ossabaw Island Exhibition   

The Telfair Museum in Savannah, Georgia, is hosting Off the Coast of Paradise: Artists and Ossabaw Island, 1961-Now.

It features the eclectic mix of artists who visited and were inspired by Ossabaw Island Project, spearheaded by Clifford West and others. Harry Bertoia and Clifford West were dear friends and Harry’s spill cast sculptures were partially inspired by the wild waves and intense oceanic movement on the island off the coast of Georgia. Two of Bertoia’s dramatic spill cast pieces will be displayed.
